The research group of "Raw Materials Engineering" of the DIATI Department
of Politecnico di Torino is coordinated by Prof. Paola Marini and
its main applications include the following topics:
- durability and conservation of ornamental and building stones;
- processing of primary and secondary raw materials;
- natural occurring asbestos (NOA) and asbestos-containing materials (ACM).
